What's this & where does it go?

I've got a 2007 3500HD Duramax/Allison DRW. Was rinsing the inside of the engine compartment in the front (radiator area) & when in got done and moved the truck I found something on the ground where the front of the truck was. It's a round rubber piece that's green in color & is a little over an inch in diameter. It's shaped so as to fit into a hole like a cap. On the front are the words "REENCLENCHER" (the first E after the R has a bar on top) and "RESET". So, it looks like a rubber cover for reset push button.

Is this off my vehicle & if so, where does it go & what does it do??

I think this little piece is the rubber button reset for the air filter gauge on the air filter box.

I have found this laying on the ground after working on my truck a few times. It is easy to dislodge.
