Has anyone figured out a better fix for replacing the oem lines. I am on my third set and need replaced again. I am only getting about a year out of them... Any ides...
Greg L. has a system designed for the 6.5 and is just waiting on the last part which is over due.
His lines will go from the block to the cooler.
Just be cool be bit longer

Howie and all,
Just got off the phone with Parker and they said the part I am waiting on was shipped today. So I should have these on Tuesday I hope.
I have the price figured up and the will be $125 and that will include 1/2npt x 5/8 flare 90's for the block, copper gaskets to go on the flare between the 90 and hose fitting and the adapter and hose fitting, 2 27mm-1.5 to 5/8 flare adapters. Hose will have a plastic shield for about 2 feet on the cooler end of the hose to protedt to hose when it goes under the bumper.

Greg, is your setup flexible hose all the way from block to cooler?

Yes it is hose from the block right up to the cooler.

When you installed to new motor did you use the 95 oil cooler or did you upgrade it?

They installed another 1995 oil cooler.. it was before I knew of the diesel page. If I would have known I would have done a few things differently...

What we would do is send you a set of 95 hoses with the larger fittings on the block end.
