I got a 2004 d-max 4wd crewcab drivers side window won't come down worked fine yesterday all other windows working tried takeing panel off looks like a real job hopeing someone might have some info. thanks
I had a similar problem with my 04 Impala .. turned out to be a loose connector on the window switch..
Did you get this figured out? My '05 just started doing the same thing with the driver front window.....
When the truck was 3 months old the rear windows stopped working, the dealer fixed it under warranty and said it was a chaffed wire that was shorting. Not sure where though.

We have an article available online in the subscriber section that shows how to R&R a door panel (as part of a mirror upgrade).

Found this also..... These directions are very good for panel removal. Found out my motor is getting power but not working. Everything inside still looks shiney new, wonder why the motor went out so soon.... At least new motors are cheap, ($30-$50), they must go out often....
