My vacuum pump is failing and I'm going to order a Turbo Master. I've done some searching and it seems there is some confusion as to what belt length I'll need. Anyone have any definitive answers? This is on a '95 with a/c and one alternator.

Thanks!

I did the same thing on my 94. I just went over to Napa and ordered a 93 belt. works great. Didn't pay any attention to the length.

I just removed my vacuum pump from my 95 model yesterday. I used a 100.5" belt and it fit perfectly. Dayco #5061005.

Okay, I've done some research at Rock Auto, and here's what I've come up with, assuming all models have a/c:

93 models use a 101 5/8" belt

94-95 models use a 102 5/8" belt

96-00 models with 100A alternator use a 101 5/8" belt

96-00 models with 124A alternator use a 102 5/8" belt

96-00 models with dual alternators use a 120 7/8" belt

So, according to my other research, if us '95 guys use a 93 belt, we'll have a 1" shorter belt (101 5/8"). But others have sworn that the 100" or 100.5" is the perfect fit. That's quite a range?

I dont' think I could have gone to 100 or so. It was tight enough going 102-101.

The belt you want is one inch shorter than the factory belt...in this case 101+".;)

I removed my vacuum pump yesterday, and I found that a Gates part # K061005 belt fit perfectly (100.5"). It ended up with the tensioner right in the middle of its range.
