I have an old traffic roller with a 3-53 detroit in it. How well would it run in my 79 chevy K-10 4x4? its single cab short bed. if I put 1 ton axles and bigger springs how much would it pull? what manual trans would fit? I think its N/A induction? Can it be turbo'd or supercharged? what kind of power is it capable of? It would just be a truck for occasional driving and pulling. I like the idea for the unique sound of the detroit and have an Oliver model 1950 with a 4-53 and love running that thing.
