Would like to lower my rig and not too much. I sell shop equipment and have a liftgate on back, do some towing as well. It rides like a lumber wagon now and was considering removing a rear spring or two. Bilstiens are next and would consider airbag system. My understanding is, you can't go very low with torsion bars and I'm not looking for the "homey" look, just a better look with a slight rake. Any help?
Lowered spindles would probably be the best for the front. They don't screw up your alignment, and you don't have to play with adjusting the torsion bars. You can get them in 2" and 4" drop. In the rear, don't pull a leaf if you carry heavy loads, and I really don't suggest it with your lift gate. There are better ways to get a small drop in the rear. There are a number of companies that sell kits - do a search on Google.

It would help to mention its a 4x4 that I'd appreciate a better ride out of. For those of you looking for a better balance try out our Hunter GSP 9700 "Road Force" balancer.
