clearance lamp bulb help

I just got a 2004.5 Chevy 3500 and the top clearance lights are all fine except for one which is burnt out. I went to change it with a 194 bulb but it says to change out the whole assembly because it looks like the bulb is soldered in it. Where do I get the whole assembly from?

The manual for my 03 says 194 roof marker bulbs are replaceable .. I'm surprised the 3500HD is different ?? Where does it say to change out the whole assembly?

on the assembly, the bulb doesn't just pull it out says "change asy" so I am assuming it means the whole thing.

Here's a snip from the 03 glove box manual .. does yours look different?

I got it figured out. I had to bend the metal ends outside of the bulb and fold them around the holder that twists into the housing. I don't know if it is the right way but it works.

Now on to trying to get the fender lamps working.
