Transmission Slipping before warm

I notice that when I take off first thing in the morning that it(transmission) seems to be slipping. I just recently had take it off to replace the rear main seal. Took great care in making sure that everything was marked and lines up.
After the first drive no slipping.
Just need a few inputs,

When an automatic slips it means the oil pressure is not getting applied to the clutch packs for what ever reason, input shaft seals, clutch pack seals are leaking, control systems, restrictions or the pump is week.
