Last summer I took off my vacuum pump and put on a turbomaster controller... it seems that my heater doesn't warm up as quickly now. Could this be due to removing the vacuum pump? If so, how do I correct this?

There is no connection of the two.

The vacuum pump is only used to control the waste gate.

Be sure the heater blend air door is working and that you have proper flow of coolant to the heater.

Does the engine temp come up as it should.
If the engine is slow to warm, then it could be a bad Tstat (Stuck open)

My Dahoooley does not use the vacuum any more and has a TM on it and the heater will run you out.
