I do not have any exhaust and before I go to the exhaust shop to have the exhaust made (have never heard this used motor run) Does anyone see a problem just using about 1 foot of pipe off each manifold? I will add some meatle dryer duct to flow the exhaust out from under the rig. I do not intend to drive it this way (other then on and off the trailor and into the shop lift bay). Just want to make sure it runs before I spend money on the exhaust.

Thanks, Jim

Won't be a problem for the engine, just your ears.

I've done very similar things with mine, these engines require no backpressure.

Only problem you're gonna have is a sore face due to the immediate grin that'll be plastered on your face from the second it fires till 20 min after you shut it down :D
