Injector Symptoms

What are the symptoms of bad injectors? My 2002 has been louder lately and the exhaust seems to smell stronger than before.

Smoke at idle, loss of power, hard starting, rough idle, fuel in the oil, check engine light and I'm sure there's something else I just can't come up with it off the top of my head right now.

High fuel return rates, can only be checked with scanner.

My 2003 suddenly started emitting white smoke at an idle. It progressed to smoke on acceleration. Eight injectors replaced under the extended injector warranty. I have used supplement pre-oem filtration for the last 40,000 miles. Engine had 60,000 on it.

If the symptoms are what is covered under warranty it should be covered. Only 122,000 and about 6 months remaining on the seven years.
