Duramax conversion book

Iam getting closer to installing a duramax in my 94 z71 Does any one who used the duramax conversion book have any comments, Pro or con. I dont mean the ones who wrote the book we know it worked for them. I would like to hear from anyone else who might have an opinion.

There have been several conversions completed. You can read about the Duramax Suburban here in the "Conversions" forum.

I'll have a short story available soon about another conversion that was recently completed in Hawaii, but that truck is a 1987 Chevy C30. Then there's the latest I've heard about in Florida, where the owner used a newer chassis, but installed an early Toyota Land Cruiser body.
