Used Kennedy (Spearco) large intercooler kit for heavy duty 2500 4x4 or 3500 4x4. All hoses, pipes, clamps included, also have the shortened top intake manifold piece. In very good condition.

What were your results? Did it make a 'seat-of-the-pants' towing power increase, increase mileage?

I never added one to my 6.5s but always wondered what the results were like...

Definitely a great benefit. I've had 2 6.5s with the IC - makes a big difference when towing. Usually saw around a 200-300 deg drop in EGTs and 10-20 deg cooler engine coolant temps with it versus without under the same conditions.

I think seat of the pants performance is better too, except for a little more turbo lag with it, especially on my 98 manual trans truck. It's not as noticeable with an auto.

Fuel mileage seemed to be the same, with our without it.

Sorry guys, but I''ve decided to keep the kit for now. I had a deal going for selling my truck but that fell through, so I may end up just keeping it, thus using the IC kit.
