:)i would go for Quality oil, and syntetic.
The price difference isnt that big. ?
The tranny costs a lot more.
I flushed the tranny fluid in my 95 at least every two years or 30k miles. Bought it from Sams club - either Mobil or Amoco (non-synthetic). Flushed it myself by running the cooler return to a 5 gallon bucket after dropping the pan and replacing the filter, refilling, etc. Once the bright red fluid started pouring out the hose into the bucket I just made sure the dipstick was at the right level. Never saw a reason to use synthetic. Put the cash into a 29,000 BTU cooler and fluid never was above 180F pan temp. Cooler from bulkpart.com was about $70-80 and fit where the OEM used to sit. Condition your fluid and you don't need the high $$$ stuff. Transmission was still running strong at 260k miles and had never been rebuilt.
