Front passenger door window/lock/seat heat not working

I have a friend with an 03 3500 Chevy crew cab. His right front door lock,the power window and the passenger heated seat won't work. The window and door lock do not work from the drivers side controls or the one's located on the passenger door. Any idea's? We checked the fuses and connections, but we might be overlooking something. Thanks

check the wires in the gator boot that goes between the door post and the door. It is quite common for the wires to beak in there.
