Hi folks
what think you about the HYDROGENBOOSTER?

Somepeople say, you can save 20%-30% gas or diesel.

I have also seen this and am very interested.
I am trying to get info out of the manufacturer/installer about how this will affect my warranty. Nothing negative so far. I would really like to have a 7000lb sled getting 30mpg on the highway unloaded(21 mpg now) or maybe even average 20 mpg between city/highway. Here is what I believe to be the most reliable guys so far.http://www.fuelfromh2o.com/how-it-works.html Although, the contact at that site gave me the brush off after too many questions and referred me to a local installer who I have yet to contact. Gave me some pause:mad:
I installed a hho unit on my 03 duramax and I have noticed a lagre boost in mpg and a little more spunk all around. I would recommend it for sure!:D

Is there a web site that you can get a list of distributors in specific areas? I am curious about this.

I received a newsletter from Advanced Technologies (http://www.economizefuel.com/hybridtruck.htm) regarding hydrogen fuel-cell systems for gas/diesel apps. They don't use a storage tank for the h2, but it is generated/consumed on demand.
No prices are listed on their site, but it looks like it may be a little expensive. If fuel prices go back to $4.50-$5 again, there'll be even more interest in something like this. ;)

I've seen these home built on YouTube. If you do a little nosing around you can find even more else where.

I bought one that I felt was the best quality unit for the price:

The quality of this unit cannot be beat, it is expensive, the two cell unit is about $600. The guy making them has been making them since the early 1980's.
My Problem: The unit is very large, I could not find any place to mount it under the hood on the Tahoe nor Suburban.
On the 6.5 or Duramax you'll need at least 4 LPM HHO gas.
I will now mount my unit on my motorhome and try and figure out if I can mount one of these inside the cabin in the 6.5's I have.
Make sure you understand the problem with these: as the electrolyte heats up from the electrolysis: they require more amperage to produce the same amount of HHO gas. Ideally they need to be mounted where they can get some air-flow to cool the generator itself. This unit is unique for due to it's designe you can run the hose off to a heat exchanger mounted in the grill, eliminating the over heating problem.
The second problem is the ECU: some will allow different fuel flows at conditions and others will not. I understand that the 6.5 ECU will back the fuel flow down in response to more power in the combustion chamber, but not all will: you need to research on line if the ECU for your make and model has been proven to respond to the better combustion by backing down fuel flow.

How come everybody talks about the quality but nobody has any results to talk about other than my buddies brothers girlfriends boyfriend tried it and it really really works REALLY

These are the real issues. We need some quantitative data, and that is hard to obtain.
What I can say is this, the new computer water injection systems DO have quantative data that they add considerable HP and, some fuel economy increases, range from 5% to 20% or so. AND it is clear that in the process of injecting water vapor into the combustion chamber, HHO gas is produced in the compression stroke of particularly diesels.
SO- I am leaning toward going with a Snow Water Injection system for my 6.5's. On my Motorhome where I have plenty of room to install I will put it either on the main engine or my diesel generator.
I think that Water Injection shows more promise than HHO injection.
