WHOOO HOOOO, it's been long and bumpy road but I got me old 1995 on the road again last night, and the old girl sure runs SWEET! First off I would like to thank my buddy Major Dork, who help with so much of the wrench turning and head scratching. I would like to thank More Power for the best 6.5TD site in the known Universe. I would also like to thank Bill Heath for his imput and package deal discounts. And of course all the folks on the 6.5 forum that have posted info over the years that got stuck in my feeble brain to help make the process easier because of your shared expience.
I serviced and changed transmission fluid and filter. Changed all hoses coolant resivor. Oil cooler lines. Did the Heath PDM Issolator. Heath Waste Gate Controller and Max E Tork chip. Hayden fan clutch and 97 cooling upgrade. Timing chain and gears, injectors and glow plugs. Oh yeah and gages.
The truck runs smoother faster, cooler and starts easy.. Now I'm looking for some Cummin's to out pull. :eek: :D
