Upper Ball Joint Replacement

Just discovered the passenger side upper ball joint boot has busted out at the front, I pumped new grease in, but don't expect the ball joint to go too long before it will start to get loose, especially if we get rain, or dusty conditions.

Any suggestions on how to seal up that area?
Does anyone make a slip on boot to cover the original?

Does anyone make a replacment ball upper ball joint, I've read here that the upper joint is not a replacible item, something about having to replace the whole A-arm. Is that true??

Napa sells the upper ball joint without the whole a-arm assembly. Same as factory as far as I can tell. I replaced mine, and it seems as good as new.
