Was over $1300 new. Comes with fog lights (look like walmart specials). Holds the warn standard bottom mount winches. Came off of a 2003 GMC 2500HD, should fit any of the HD trucks. It came with a winch I bought and I don't need it. $300. I'll deliver/meet up within reason
