This is the takeout (~54K miles) from my '94 motorhome. Short block will need work (light scoring in four rear cylinders). Bottom end not looked at.

HD waterpump, dual thermostats installed (Throttle bracket missing, used on new engine). Heads checked, trued, and are OK. Turbo tested OK. New gasket set included.

Sits on its own GM dolly.

Will need (at least): Damper pulley (not crankshaft damper), intake and exhaust manifolds and studs.

When the heads were removed (blown head gasket), light scoring was noted, so I decided to get an AMG/Peninsular upgrade instead of rebuilding.

I'm tired of looking at this thing (and dealing with folks that "must have it" - fortunately, no TDP people - and who just waste my time).

$500 (Turbo, dual 'stats, and gaskets are worth at least that). Pickup only in north central Florida. Out-of-town 9/17-10/5.

FLA is a bit far to pick up from. Any chance your travels take you through PA? :p

They do, but in the motorhome, and no room in that for a "spare" engine. :D

A small U-Haul rental could fix that.

I don't have a rear-view camera (on a 28' M/H, my ego says I don't need one), but I wouldn't tow without one.

My Ford van would work, but when I hit the road, my two Golden Retrievers ride with me (without exception), and motels recoil at housing such vicious animals.

Actually, the male tends to be aggressive only when anyone approaches "his" van or motorhome, and I'd not want to tangle with an 85 lb. tooth-equipped device. A couple of years ago, I caught him asleep, and he wouldn't let ME into the M/H...I let him wake up, and he was his usual slobbery, obnoxious self.

I'm moving, and have tired of locals wasting my time looking at the parts.

Although I can haul it to my place in GA, I'd prefer to get it gone.

I can transport it a couple of hundred miles for costs.

That's very generous of you, but it's too bad it's come down to it. With all the action on the 'puter these days, I'm sure you could make yourself some "gas" money, for your move. I understand you looking for someone who'ld "Appreciate" it rather than giving it to someone who's just out for some quick cash. If I weren't 1K miles away, I'ld give you a few hundred for the package.
Anyway, good luck on your move, and even tho you're getting out of the "old diesel", do you think you'll be hunting for another when you get settled? Or is the Ford all you need?

This is the takeout from when I had it replaced in my motorhome.

I'll put it for sale when I get moved to GA, but it's free to TDP folks until then (probably at least 5 months).
