I need to know if these timing numbers are okay or need to change. It's on a 98 1500 vin "s". injection pump desired is 11.1, injection pump signal is 11.2, tdco is -.53. I know that -.53 is basically stock but what should the numbers be for optimum fuel mileage or power? I rebuilt the ip in January, scribing a line on the pump when I reinstalled it . I never did a koko relearn on it since I read that after 50 key switches it does a relearn. What should the ipt timing be and tdco also? Any help appreciated

The following assumes you're using a Tech II scan tool.
Desired Injection Timing should be 0.0 degrees.
Actual Injection Timing should be about 3.5 degrees (will vary some on Tech II screen).
The GM service manuals call for a TDC-Offset value of between -0.25 and -0.75 degrees.
Some here feel a TDC-Offset of -1.94 is best from a fuel economy or performance standpoint... Personally, I prefer -1.5x or thereabouts. More negative means more timing advance.
