Fuel pump relay

My uncle is having problems on his 1994 suburban 6.5 turbo. He is getting no power to the fuel pump and he cannot find where the fuel pump relay is? anyone know?

dont know if setup is same as truck, in truck it is the first one on the firewall pass side behind plastic cover, jump contacts front pass side corner to center rear to make LP run.
there is a fuse right beside it,also on the firewall

In the 1994-95 models, the lift pump relay is energized only while the ignition key is rotated to the crank position.
