LMM specifications

I'm a test engineer for an engine certification lab. We have an LMM going on the dyno soon, but are missing some technical specs. Having some trouble getting through with GM...can anybody help me fill in the blanks or point me in the right direction?

1) Fuel consumption _____(lb/hr or kg/min) at rated speed (365HP @ 3200rpm)
2) Fuel consumption _____(lb/hr or kg/min) at peak torque (660lbft @1600rpm)
3) Maximum allowable inlet restriction _____("H2O or kPa)
4) Maximum allowable backpressure ______("H2O or kPa)
5) Minimum speed with full load ____rpm
6) Maximum intake airflow _____(lb/hr or kg/s)
7) Maximum inlet manifold temperature _____(degF or C)

If you're a member of SAE, you should be able to get the SAE paper for the LMM. I have the docs for the earlier versions, but not the LMM. The docs contain most of the info you're looking for. :)
