I am sorting the wires out to install the 6.2 into my Landcruiser. I was thinking of putting a switch inline of the power for the cutoff solinoid. If someone decides to steal my cruiser, it will turn over but not start as the cutoff solinoid is not energized. Question, as the motor turns over will the fule just be returned to the tank and not harm the IP or anything else?

yea, it will not harm the ip, that is the way to bleed the fuel lines unplugging the IP, i have done the same to my 6.5 and 6.2
