high quality projector headlights?

but i'm very disapointed with the quality, the light pattern is crappy and the hi beams points down too much so it's hard to drive at night.
and it's not possible to aim them up because the low beams will be to high then.
so i want to buy some projector headlights with HIGH quality, and get a perfect light! not some taiwanese candles..
any suggestions where to find what i'm searching for?
is the brand TYC something to look for? they seem to be higher priced so perhaps they're better..

well, not actually what i'm looking for... i have xenon-bulbs for both hi&low beam, and want projector lights just because they look nice, and xenon bulbs work better in projector housings, but thanks for the advice anyway

it looks like these are the best ones on ebay.. there seem to be plenty of those taiwanese crap-lamps that i recently bought, so there must be a whole bunch of unsatisfied buyers out there.. or mayby nobody except me drives in the night and uses them as a headlight should be used.....;)
