I have had alot of pepole email/pm me asking what set up I used for my a/c brackets and water inlet.
I put a 6BT in a 1996 Chevy 4x4. I had not been able to find my receipt from Cummins, but I did find the part #s I wrote down to give to Cummins when I bought these parts. I do not remeber how much each part was, but seem to remember the water inlet being the most expenecive part ($200ish) other than the A/C comp.
These parts will let you relocate your A/C above the lower rad hose inlet thus giving the frame clearence needed.
Everything was a direct bolt on and should work on the 4b's also.
I did have to space the A/c comp out 1/2" to clear the filter.
Part #s are.
3930888 Water inlet
3930820 Alt lower mount
3920862 Upper alt mount
3978021 Belt tensioner
3921382 Lower rad hose nipple
080720 Serp belt
This is set up for use with a Delco 22SI alt.
You may have to try different serp belts until you find one that fits perfect.
You will also need tstat orings I do not have that part #
