What else should I get them to replace "while they're at it"?

Timing chain?
Seals?
Lift pump?
OPS?

He claims my OPS and LP is good.

I just don't want to spend all this money on an IP and have a bad LP starving it...

Thanks,
Matt

If everything is doing its job, I'd just replace what's necessary. Though it would be easier to R&R the OPS with the intake off during the IP R&R.

Having the IP off doesn't make it easier to replace the timing chain or front main seal. Measuring timing chain slack has been discussed here in the board, and you can do it without removing much.
