rattle and knock

I replaced heads and now the motor sounds like it has a knock when i give it any throlle also rattles any ideas

you are pretty skimpy with your post. i have no idea what you did or did'nt do. replaced heads??

you could have gotten dirt in on or more injector, plugged injector can sound like conrod bearing gone.

did you happen to drop a small washer or such in the intake that made its way in between a valve or on top of the piston? , could be the rattle.

are all pushrods engaged in the lifters and rockers?

loosen injector lines one at a time with engine idleling, to see wich one[s] is causing the knock.

what i did to motor replaced heads water pump injectors and that is all.
