Eliminating EGR

I bought a J code intake off Ebay to eliminate the EGR, so what else do I need to go with it? Want to keep the blowby under control.

Also, I bead blasetd the intake to clean it up. Any suggestions to keep it from turning dark again?

I clear coated mine with a high temp clear coating after I cleaned it up. Cleans up pretty easy. After that, just bolt it on. The EGR has nothing to do with blow by, the CDR handles that.

If you are still getting black to the air inlet you could look at a replacement for the thingy that controls the air flow from the crankcase to the air inlet manifold. (tuna can thingy). I think Robin was looking at a economical replacement for the factory one. ( sorry but I cant think of the name for it right now.
