TSM http://tsmmfg.com has rear disc conversion kits too. They let you buy just the brackets, or the whole dang deal. Their kits use '78-'87 3/4 ton front rotors and rear calipers from a '78 Eldorado if you want the parking brake. Price is probably similar for the kit.

I'm going to try the same using the caliper bracket from a late 70's 3/4 ton 4x4. I'll let the forum know if it works well...

I just looked at the pictures/install guide for the first company, and it is almost identical to the TSM kit (which I have on my truck). They are both using the Eldorado calipers for the parking brake kits. I found that the TSM kit with brakets and rotors was much cheaper than trying to find '87 and earlier 3/4-ton front rotors locally, but I was able to get the calipers for shorter money locally. The only complaint I have is that the e-brake setup wasn't thought out well enough for the trucks (they both look to be about the same)... I'm still working on coming up with a new setup for that on mine... If you do use the kit, and hook up the e-brake, put extra pressure on the service brake while you're setting the e-brake, it holds MUCH better....
