01 duramax will not start

I have an 01' duramax that I can not get to start. Has no dtc's, repalaced fuel pump, junction block, fuel regualator, injector driver, all fuel lines under hood, and filter. The primmer will stiffen until engine turns over then goes soft. The actual fuel pressure shows only 407psi.. Now Im lost and dont know what to check next. I really need help on this one.:mad:

I assume the fuel pressure of "407 psi" is the fuel-rail pressure. This plus the fact that the fuel filter primer goes soft when cranking could mean that one of more injectors has a substantial fuel leak. If fuel isn't going into the crankcase, you may have a defective injector.
