Throttle O-Rings Leaking

Yup, I've got them, too

I pulled the intake manifold, and have the top off the injector pump. I just can't seem to get the throttle shaft out. I'm sure it's something really simple, but I can't seem to find out how to get the governor disassembled.

It appears the lower shaft may come out the rear. There appears to be a allen head plug, or it may even be the shaft itself. How do I get the pieces out that allow the throttle shaft to move laterally?

I got it out.

The lower north/south shaft is indeed threaded and comes out the rear, but it was very tight. I tapped it a few times with a light hammer and it spun right out. I'd imaging it's a 5 minute job now that I'm sure I won't brake the housing.



On a related note, when I got out there this morning, the bowl was empty. Where'd the fuel go? Is that an indicator that I need the pump rebuilt?
