I have a 99 burb that I've been having some issues with. I have replaced PMD, filter, injectors, glow plugs, and have good cyclinder balance according to tech II and good guel pressure. It smokes really bad on startup which I just got fixed by installing manual glow button.
The problem now is that first drive in the morning it idles fine and 10-20 mph around town is fine, but when I get out on the highway it shakes, stumbles, and misses so bad I can't believe I still have engine mounts. I have never seen air in my clear IP return line. If I go to 3/4 throttle or more it seems to run fine and accelerates good. After about 5-6 miles of driving it slowly comes out of it and then runs great the rest of the day. no codes.
