How long did your DS4 last before replacement?
Knowen reason for replacement?
Not related to FSD replacement.
My truck is at 163K
Pump replaced @ 47K Warrenty. I'm sure it was a PMD issue.
DSG gear driven. Power Service in Gray bottle with new pump.
116K and doing good.
JK Injectors at 83,700.

I am near 170K miles original IP but dead PMD at 120K ish. BUTT I do experience some small glitches I think from fuel metering so I think its tired but no codes and it runs ok. Could also be some issue with worn timing chain???

Good Day!

175K+ miles

80K miles: bought truck w/ green tag IP; no idea when it was replaced.
255K miles: I recently got codes 18 & 35. Apparently the optical sensor in the IP has died. I know it can be replaced without replacing the IP, but my mpg has been slowly dropping over the last year too, so I suspect it's time for a new IP.

Blessings!

When you replace the IP it would be a grand time to replace the squirts too.

The POP and the spray pattern have no doubt gone into the toilet at that amount on the clock.

Yup, intended to, mostly based on many of your posts.

I have a FSD on a Beta cooler that runs with the code 35. With the SOL-D on now the code 35 does not show. Had a starting issue so I reinstalled the FSD/Beta set up and the code 35 showed.
The starting issue end up being a few dead glow plugs.
