Tricks to remove ECM?

I just got my new Heath chip. I want to get it installed. My ECM box seems to be anchored in the very back where I can't get to. Any suggestions?

I'll go out with a headlamp and take another look.

I found the little clips that hold the ECM to the plastic platform. I got the new EPROM in. I need to do more driving to test it out. I will go in to a shop soon and get the TDC offset to -1.94 and see if that helps a bit.

Seat of the pants dyno won't show that much difference. where I realy noticed a difference with my truck was pulling a trailer thru the mountains. I gained a lot more bottom end pulling power. Just so much more enjoyable to drive.

Mine felt like someone kicked it in the (another name for Donkey). Turbomaster is next. I like Heaths chip. Trans feels better too.
