Turbos

G DAY from down under,burb owner for 10 mths now all is good touch wood.i have noticed all engine bay pics that your turbos are side mounted where mine is mounted center at the rear,is this cause of the right hand drive (the correct side)or is it that i have only seen side mount pics.vehicle is a 98 model relised by holden,factory RHD regards andrew

definately because of the right hand configuration. all US and Canadian verisons here in north america are left hand drive and have it side mounted

Why not mount it on the left side manifold then, as the steering and brake would be on the Right but that should leave the left side clear?
Center mount is typical in a Van I would not think it would be used in a right hand config.

im guessing because of the ABS system unless thats on the right side also? ive never seen a Righthand drive in person or anything
