Agreed! Used trailers are good as gold, but I really couldn't ask for more in good conscience - this trailer had paid for itself so many times over.

I had the trailer custom built fall 2004, paid $6800. Has nearly 300K (billable) miles on it since, has seen at least six sets of tires, two sets of brakes, new leaf springs and bushings.

Paint is looking pretty rough, and when they start looking bad, the DOT is more likely to find faults with them during random inspections. Time for this one to be retired to a hobby farm. The buyer hauls his skidder and antique tractors. Should be a good match.

Sound silly, but I will miss this one. It pulled easy when empty and saved lots on fuel over gooseneck designs. It was the crew's favorite. Everyone remarked at how many miles and heavy loads this trailer had carried. The boards are almost worn through :)
