Hello All,
It's been awhile since I posted. I have a question for those of you that may have experience. My 97 now has 192K miles on the original pump. I have had to replace the PMD once. I remote mounted the PMD when I put in the new motor at 132K. Anyway, the truck seems to be running flat these days. Like a gasser with the timing a bit retarded. So the question is how do you know when the pump has started to give up. I guess I could have someone pull a pressure test at the injectors? Just curious if anyone has been at this point before. I have had a couple 5288 pumps on the shelf for a couple of years.
