What is the outside dia (or hose ID?) of the thermostat outlet on pre 97 (Single "T" Stat)?

Don't know the size off hand but it's the same as the dual t-stat housing OD. I know this since I had to cut up part of my old single t-stat housing to weld onto my new dual t-stat housing in order to make the upgrade work for my 93 mechanical fuel pump engine.
