WaterPump?

Noticed a puddle after running/driving about 15 minutes from a cold start, no leaks detected through the rest of the day at operating temp. Crawled under and coolant clinging to the side of the lower hose and dripping. At 73,000 miles, the DM waterpump or just a loose hose clamp(wishful thinking)?

Could be the turbo coolant return line hose. Look for it right behind the fan pulley. It'll be a ~3" section of 3/8" hose on the tubing off the crossover.

No apparent residue from that hose. This leak is on the backside of the lower hose connection, which is 6-7" to the right (driver-side) of the fan pulley and the crossover tube you recommended, between the block and the outlet/return connection.

most likely waterpump.antifreeze runs out of the weep hole down the backside of the radiator hose, replaced mine on the 01 at 110000 miles had prob. been leaking a while

Yeah I know, everything points to the Water Pump. My '96 6.5 ran for 300K miles with the original pump. My '02 DM was over 100k when traded with the original. Just concerned of failure at 73k. Warranty issue of course, still out $100 for deductible and a for sure gouging of a required flushing and Dex-cool refill.
