Suburban Windows too slow!

So I am picking up my suburban in a couple hours. . .
anyways the power windows are way too slow. it seems like the top 3 inches are a little faster but jeez these things are bad. . .

is there a place to lube or seomthing to replace other than the motors?

or is it pretty much the motors need to be replaced?

You can spray some silicone into window tracks at each side to lube the window guides.

Suggest, you open door panels, the little plastic retainers will break so you might want to get some spares at GM. Spray all gears, rollers and other contact points w/lithium grease the window motor will thank you for it!
