Okay, well it is new to me... I just picked up a 82 Burban w/ 6.2/700R4 that runs REALLY good and drives STRAIGHT down the roadway. I gave $550 and put both front calipers, hoses, and pads on the front and drove it home.

Since driving it the 50 miles to the house, I have changed the Trans filter & gasket, repainted the factory rims, five new tires, both chrome side mirrors, four new chrome rings(no centers yet), raised the frozen back window and ordered a new motor. Installed a new radio & CD player.

I have noticed a few things wrong with the Burban that needs attention, Temp gauge is all the way to the right, cruise control is not working, no lights in speedo, power windows move sloooooooow and need help, doors HAVE to be slammed just to get them close to closed, door locks do NOT move (by key or knob)

I am planning to make this into my tow rig for my Suzuki Samurai that I take the Family offroading in and I will be adding a roof top A/C to plug into RV camping spots, and then make the rear into a bed for me & da missus and the kiddos fit perfectly on the two front bench seats.

Any words of advice suggestions???

Oh yeah, some pictures of my high dollar machine...
