Timing on a '99 6.5?

Does anybody know what sensors control the Injection timing on these motors? I've been having some severe power loss on my truck and I believe that it is timing related.
The computer keeps coming up with a P0236 (boost pressure out of range.
Any help is greatly appreciated, Thanks

L8R eh! I had the same problem, bought misc parts to correct it but failure in the comp, so, I bought the Turbo Master and it now runs like a bat out of hell now even though the SES light stays lit.

Some of the reflash deals eliminate the SES light problem relating to code PO236.

12 psi boost is about the limit with my HD program then I run into turbo stalling "back pressure" super heating aircharge a real bitch indeed.
