Delayed Converter Lock-up

I have been having a delayed lock-up of the converter since it has gotten cold. Trans temp has to rise off the 100 mark to get the tranny to lock the converter in 5th gear. Once warmed up it has no problems. Only once when it is first driven. Is this a problem or something I just have to get used too when its cold?

Get used to it, it's normal. The TCM won't allow TC lockup until the fluid reaches ~100°.

Thats fine with me, just didn't want it to be a problem and not do anything about it. Doesn't stay cold long here in Texas anyways. Thanks
