Seat Belt anchors torque specs

Anyone know the ft/lb torque specs for the seat belts on a '93 standard cab? Both B pillar and floor? Removing panel to replace factory speakers.

Ummm - twist the head off, then back off a 1/4 turn? ( Obviously , no - Probably real tight - but not so tight that it can't swivel? ). Anyone have real info for the guy?

Retractor to floor panel - 41 lbs ft

Same for the bolt through the anchor plate and washer and into the door pillar weld nut - 41 lbs ft

The buckle assembly in the middle is 32 lbs ft.

These are from 94 service manual for regular cab and front belts of ext cab.

I imagine 93 would be same, the bodies arent that much different...
