95 gmc No start

Newbie here;
Bought a 95 gmc 2500 6.5 turbo diesel, automatic 2 wheel drive.
Truck has been sitting for 2 yrs. because No Start.
Has fuel to injector pump,but not to injector's.
Checked codes,an i got 19, 49,an 62.I'm going to change the cps,
don't know what to do with other codes.
would they have anything to do with No start.
Need Help
Any Ideas much appreciated.

Have checked the fuel shut off solinoid? Gold colored cylinder at front of the pump.

I've checked fuel cylinoid,seems to be working,It clicks when i turn the key on.
checked all eletrically connections,an bad wires,cleaned all the grounds.
cleaned all battery cables an installed new batterieshave done..

Sounds to me like the injector pump is not getting any power, check the fuses that go to it. The fuel cutt off well still work but the pump want power up. If you look at the pmd on the side of the injector pump check it make sure its not bad and make sure that the wires going to it from off the pump are not hurt. Another thing that you can check is the fuel solenoid on top of the pump where the big wiring harnes on top of the pump plugs in . Its right straight on top of it. If it damaged the truck will cranck and not fire.
