My rig , 6.2 C code GM4 @ 5psi . , runs inconsistant power/responce wise.

Seems like surging at 1/2 -full throttle .

Is 8psi enough lift pump ?

What are simptoms of IP going / gone ?

Most common (I know I sound like a broken record) source for surging is AIR!

8psi is great lift pump pressure, no problems there. It will range from 5-10psi.
