Tap size for boost gauge in top hat of intake?

I have the hat off of the intake on my 6.5td and while it is off, I thought I may go ahead and tap it for a boost gauge and then plug it until I am ready for it.

Anyone know what size hole/tap I should use? Is there a standard for the gauge?

Usually 1/8" NPT. you'll also need a 1/8" pipe plug to plug the hole. You'll need the plug at the same time to test your depth of tapping.
