Unfortunately it sits alot. Now in AZ, with 'mild' fall weather. However, most of it's life, MT or AZ, the Instrument panel voltage regular can usually be seen well above 14v for quite awhile, it may have to be driven for 15 min before is begins to drop near 14v ( on the 'high' side.)
While parked inthe driveway here, it ate a pair of Wally's batteries in 2 months, just sitting. fluid was low in all cells. They did replace, with a pair "Not" necessarily made in Mexico, as was the last 2 month pair.
Anyway - How can I trace down what might be trickle draining the batt's? Only known drain would be the radio / clock. Anything else suck current on the sly?
How do I verify the alternators output?
Thanks all..
