how do u turn up the fuel

Boost & EGT?

This'll tell if you need more fuel or not.

Use of the search feature will grant you some literature on what others have done to turn up the fuel inside the injection pump.

before you do anything to the IP, GET A PYROMETER. you need to know the exhaust gas temps before you turn up the pump. unless you want to melt a piston.
